Kindergarten or Army

So I got Ty's papers in the mail to register him for kindergarten and it is ten pages long. I feel like I am registering him for the Army. They want his birth certificate his ethnic background, and the list goes on. They will probably take a blood sample next and test him for drugs! Gotta love it!
